Remember when The Beatles were the biggest deal on the planet and they came to play Atlantic City in the Summer of 64, right after the Democratic Convention left town? The expected crowd was so big the promoter, George Hamid, moved the show from Steel Pier down the boardwalk to Convention Hall. And what a time it was!!
