Here's a real old skool blast from the past. What a great place to open a bartending school, just a stagger away from Philly's old skid row. But from post-Prohibition on, Philly was home to several academies for advanced learning in the art of mixology, but to our knowledge this was the only "professional" one--because that's what the broken neon sign out front proclaimed.
