Back in the day Central Pier was central to having a fun night on the Atlantic City Boardwalk. Unlike Steel Pier where you could literally spend a day, and the mammoth Million Dollar Pier, Central Pier was smaller and a little more rundown. But you could spend hours in the pinball arcade, or playing skeeball, pokerino, the rigged games of skill and chance, driving out of control on the bumper cars, and of course mini-golf followed by frozen custard and kettle corn. What a time it was!
