By the mid-70s the 76ers were making a comeback as a major force in the NBA, mostly thanks to George McGinnis, Steve Mix, Doug Collins and a roster of colorful characters. But in the midst of the 76-77 season team GM Pat Williams convinced owner Fitz Dixon to open up his checkbook for the $6 million man from the New Jersey Nets in the ABA, Julius Erving. And the rest was history! This authentic Mitchell & Ness hardwood classic features all the iconic details like mesh body and twill logo, name and numbers.
