Remember curling up in front of the old b&w tv early on saturday mornings (like 8:00am early!!) and watching everybody's favorite Indian, Chief Halftown. In these politically correct times a show like Chief Halftown wouldn't have half a chance, but for us he was magical. Chief taught us about native American culture and how to draw, bowl, make crafts and so all sorts of cool things. Soon as he bellowed Ees da sa sussaway (let's get started), we knew the good times were a comin'!
