The fab 50s introduced a new brand of ball to street kids everywhere--stickball! The game was simple enough. You typically played with a sawed off broomstick as a bat (or a length of hose for the more resourceful players). the rich kids bought official stickball bats. the pimple ball was the philly ball of choice--as opposed to the spaldeen pinky--and the pitcher could position fingers over the bumps and ridges of the ball to control the speed and curvature. Anything hit over anybody's head was a homer. We've got chips on roofers. Color: Pimpleball White
