The date was Saturday, May 16th 1970 and the place was the old Temple University Football stadium in the quiet neighborhood af Mount Airy. The place was never the same after this legendary outdoor daytime festival presented by Temple! First a few local bands took stage, followed by the Steve Miller Blues Band and then the two groups everybody came to see--The Grateful Dead and The Jimi Hendrix Experience. The joyful noise was so loud the vibes could be heard several miles away. What a time it was! Our vintage inspired baseball sleeve raglan tee is 100% combed ringspun cotton for comfort with a raw edge tail.
