One of the first and best singles clubs in Philadelphia, opened in 1971 by impresario Herb Spivak at Broad & Lombard. Before it was the legendary Showboat Jazz Bar and after it became the iconic Bijou Cabaret, but for a few years Chances Are packed in the pretty people with its lively atmosphere and eclectic board games. Whether you played Twister or Monopoly or Backgammon you never got bored!
