WE ARE CUSTOM PRODUCERS
All apparel products and most other products on this site with the exception of books and music are custom produced. That is why we state "usually ships in 3-5 business days after and order is received"...but during peak periods such as Valentines Day, Mother's Day. Father's Day, back to school and Thanksgiving thru New Years Day, it is possible that the production time could take longer, as much as two weeks. That is unlikely but possible.
If there are circumstances outside of our control, such as back order or fulfillment issues, we will keep you notified throughout the process.
Although we work quickly, our merchant services provider and agreements with credit card companies give us the right to fulfill an online order within 30 days.
Our apparel prices haven't gone up since 2009, even though the cost of cotton has fluctuated wildly since then, at one point increasing by almost 300%. In that time we've never lowered our standards. We work hard to provide you with the best value, which means sourcing our 100% preshrunk ringspun cotton apparel from the best mills and embellishing with the most unique designs and the finest printing techniques. We don't do cheap. As a result you won't find comparable quality at a lower price.
OUR SHIPPING COSTS
Here again, we haven't raised the basic cost of our shipping since 2009, even though our carriers raise their prices just about every year. Our shipping & handling costs are based on weight and units ordered. Sweatshirts weigh more than t-shirts, fragile items require special packaging...shipping & handling is a complex part of our operation. However, we evaluate the shipping charges on every order and if something is out of line we notify our customers and make an adjustment where possible. For example, the shipping charge of 4 tees calculates as $16. In most cases, the cost of regular shipping is nowhere near $16, so we make an immediate adjustment to keep the costs in line. We do not control our carriers. If we ship via USPS from Philadelphia and you live in Wyncote the post office doesn't care. They set the rate. We no longer allow local pick up. We will provide expedited shipping at your request and local home delivery when you need an order quicker. We are not Amazon or Target or any other billion dollar company that provides"free" shipping. There's no such thing as free. We are a relatively small company. We don't compete with others on shipping costs and we don't care. We do our best. If that's not good enough, please go elsewhere.
OUR SALE PRICES
We offer a considerable collection of items at deep discounts. What are these items? Mostly shirt samples that we produce for photographing. They've never been worn or laundered or are considered picked-over. The quality is the same as anything you'd order from our site. Rather than store these items we choose to mark them down as low as possible for clearance. They are one of a kind.
ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK
Our shipping terms and conditions are posted in the accompanying descriptions for every item on the site. By placing an order you are approving the terms and conditions of this site. Our terms and conditions have been approved by VISA, Master Card, AMEX, Discover and our merchant services processor. We are in business to make friends, not enemies. However, if you try to take advantage of our good will we will file a complaint with your card issuer.
CANCELLATIONS--IF YOU CANCEL AN ORDER WHILE IT IS IN PRODUCTION OR BEING PROCESSED FOR SHIPMENT YOU WILL BE ASSESSED A CANCELLATION FEE OF $10 PER ITEM. THIS IS NON-NEGOTIABLE. BY PLACING AN ORDER FOR CUSTOM MERCHANDISE YOU ARE ACCEPTING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT ARE POSTED ON THIS SITE...TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT ARE APPROVED BY YOUR CARD SERVICES PROVIDER. WE ARE OBLIGATED TO NOTIFY YOUR CARD PROVIDER WHEN A SITUATION LIKE THIS OCCURS, AND YOU WILL MOST LIKELY BE BANNED FROM ORDERING FROM ANY OF OUR SITES. We will gladly exchange any items for size within 30 days. You simply have to notify us at email@example.com or contact our customer service department at 610.668.6896, let us know the exchange size you need and we will send it along with a postage paid return envelope, which you can return at your convenience.
We are not obligated to give you a credit or refund if the merchandise is custom produced and has already been shipped, but if you are nice to us we will be nice to you and work with you to resolve the return. We've rarely been asked for a refund, because people love our products. Since we do not store or have access to your credit card information any approved refund will be issued by money order or bank check.

All credit card information is encrypted and we have no access to your input. We prefer to not accept phone orders because it is in your best interest to enter your own information on the site rather than with a live person.
